The chain is called a paper clip pattern often used in jewelry at that time. Also dyed blue jasper was also alot in Arts & Crafts jewelry. Attributed to Edward Oakes, who often did not sign his work. The earrings are also 18K with replaced 10K non pierced findings. They could be made into posts or wires.
