Pricing

Please note that all items are priced in U.S. currency.

Ordering

We accept most major credit cards. You can order via our checkout (cart) page.

Money orders, personal checks and bank checks accepted. Personal checks must clear before item will be sent. Please Contact me or call 860-927-0179.

Shipping

CT residents add 6.35% sales tax after shipping.

We ship through USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail with signature for a flat fee of $15 and up to $750 of insurance.

Free Priority Mail shipping on orders totaling $750 or more.

Orders totaling $2000 or greater will be sent registered.

Shipping within the US with tracking and signature confirmation, packages usually arrive up to 5 days after ordering/shipping.

All shipments are insured for the full value of the package and require a signature upon delivery.

Returns

An item may be returned only if not represented correctly.

The item must be packed the same way as it was received.

An item altered in any manner will not be issued a refund.

The item must be postmarked within 10 days from the date of the receipt.

All sales are final after 10 days.

A refund will be issued by the method in which the buyer paid less the shipping costs and credit card costs (if applicable) incurred by Koblenz & Co.

There will be no reimbursement for shipping on returned items.

Returns must be made via the Postal Service by Registered or Priority mail fully insured for the amount of the purchase.

Layaway

We offer a layaway program for items over $500. Please Contact me or call 860-927-0179 to purchase items on layaway.

The program consists of multiple payments to be made within a 60-day period.

The initial payment is non-refundable.

If the buyer fails to make the second payment within the 60-day time period, the buyer forfeits the right of purchase the item.

All layaway orders are final sale.
