An item may be returned only if not represented correctly.

The item must be packed the same way as it was received.

An item altered in any manner will not be issued a refund or credit.

The item must be postmarked within 7 days from the date of the receipt.

A refund will be issued by the method in which the buyer paid less the shipping costs and credit card costs (if applicable) incurred by Koblenz & Co.

There will be no reimbursement for shipping on returned items.

Returns must be made via the Postal Service by Registered or Priority mail fully insured for the amount of the purchase.

We will create custom invoices for you.

The program consists of 3 equal monthly payments.

Payments are non-refundable. We request 1/3 of the total price first payment.

If the buyer fails to make the second payment within the 60-day time period, the buyer forfeits the right of purchase of the item.
