We accept MasterCard, Visa, Bank Checks, Money Orders and Personal Checks. All items are subject to prior sale. MasterCard, Visa, Bank Checks and Money Orders will be processed and shipped immediately. Personal check sales will not be sent until two weeks after their receipt.
The buyer pays shipping costs. Connecticut residents add a 6% sales tax or send a completed resale certificate.
We usually ship through the USPS by Priority mail or Registered mail, fully insured. Other arrangements can be made.
An item may be returned only if not represented correctly. The item must be packed the same way as it was received. An item altered in any manner will not be issued a refund. The item must be postmarked within 10 days from the date of the receipt. All sales are final after 10 days. A refund will be issued by the method in which the buyer paid less the shipping costs and credit card costs (if applicable) incurred by Koblenz & Co. There will be no reimbursement for shipping on returned items. Returns must be made via the Postal Service by Registered or Priority mail fully insured for the amount of the purchase.
